CEI Capabilities CNC Machining

CNC Machining

Precision CNC Machining CEI utilizes both Vertical and Horizontal CNC Machining to produce complex components to specification.

What is CNC Machining?
CNC stands for Computer Numerically Controlled and refers to a manufacturing machine computer interpreting code to control a power tool which fabricates by selectively removing material.

Custom fixtures are designed by our talented design-engineering department and built by our experienced toolmakers for our CNC Machining department. CNC programmers will use the CAD information provided by the design team to produce high-volume and low-volume runs of CNC machined parts. Production happens in our state-of-the-art CNC Equipment to our customer’s custom specifications.

Precision CNC Machining CNC Machining is fully integrated into the die building process at CEI. Intricate components are made to specifications utilizing CAD files uploaded directly from our Engineering department to the CNC programming center. Our CNC department runs 24 hours a day, Seven days a week, and is fully integrated with our Quality Control Department to assure that all features and part dimensions meet specifications. All production jobs are monitored in real-time by utilizing in-process SPC data collection. CEI will also handle your custom packing and delivery requirements where required.
